Logging in
To log in to the can Web Hosting Administration System, here. Your login username is your email address and your password is the one you chose when you created your account.
Update Details The Update Details option is simply for you to update your details with can (eg. your email address). You can do this by to Hosting Administration
Place Order
To place an order simply use this option. Fill out all the details and your order will be set up within 24 hours of receipt of payment and details sent to you. This applies to both Linux and Windows platforms. You can do this by to Hosting Administration
Billing Procedure
All Web Hosting Orders are COD. Payments are made securely with any major credit card through PayPal. Your account will be set up within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
For ongoing accounts, the billing procedure will be as follows:
- Email with invoice and payment methods sent 14 days prior to due date
- Email with invoice and payment methods sent on due date
- Email with invoice and payment methods is sent 7 days after due date warning payment due immediately (this reoccurs for the next 3 days)
- If domain remains unpaid 10 days after due date the domain is disabled and email is sent
- If domain remains unpaid 24 days after due date the domain is terminated
